How much does delivery cost?

Depending on where you live in the world, a shipping tax will be applied to the cost of your order. If the shipment is lost, Wonder Wardrobe is not liable for the ensuing costs. This matter must be dealt with by the delivery company directly. 

Shipping Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from our customer support. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship all orders from Bucharest, Romania. Depending on how far your order needs to travel, you need to leave up to 2-21 working days for the package to arrive. These are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary according to exceptional circumstances. If you are situated in Bucharest, we will deliver your package in one working day. 

Do I have to pay Duties & Taxes?

If you are located in the EU (Eurozone) you do not have to worry about incurring any additional tax/customs/duty costs when receiving your Wonder Wardrobe products.

All orders shipped outside of the EU will be shipped on DDU (delivery duty unpaid) terms. You will be responsible for paying all duty, VAT, import taxes, and additional charges relating to your order when applicable.

We will assist wherever possible with getting your products to the door and if you need help with documentation when it comes to dealing with local customs, be sure to get in touch with the team!

My order is defective or damaged

We’ll replace your order if it arrives defective or damaged. Replacements will be posted using the same postage method as your original order. Contact us and we’ll help you out. Please have your order number and clear photos of the damage handy.

Returns

The cost of returning your package can not be paid by Wonder Wardrobe. You will have to pay for the shipping costs of the return by yourself.

When returning an item consider using a trackable shipping service. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for returns that are lost in the post. Please pack returns in a way that means they don’t get damaged. We may charge you a fee or reduce the value of your refund if your return arrives damaged.

Once your return is received, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received it. Your item(s) will be inspected and we’ll notify you if a refund/exchange has been approved.

Refunds

We will refund your order once we can confirm that the package and its contents have arrived in good condition. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your return. Refunds will be provided as a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
