Can I transit to a capsule wardrobe, if I already have a lot of clothes in my wardrobe?
Yes, of course you can and should transit your wardrobe to the capsule one. What is a Wonder Wardrobe?
A wonder wardrobe is a very personal capsule wardrobe consisting of clothes and accessories that perfectly match each other, creating beautiful and stylish outfits for your lifestyle. The aim of having such a wardrobe is understanding that you don’t need a lot of clothes when you invest in sustainable, durable items that are interchangeable and mix well together.
Will I learn new things besides what I know from your Youtube videos? I am thinking about taking your class, but for now I am not sure what to expect.
Yes, the online course is quite different from my videos on Youtube. On Youtube I showcase wardrobe examples with the style, clothes, brands and colours that I like. But the course is all about YOU. It’s focused on helping you explore your style and create a personal and multifunctional wardrobe for yourself. The online course will show you how to:
learn how to revise, reorganise and transit your wardrobe to the interchangeable one,
explore your personal style and learn the correct way of creating outfits in the fashion style you prefer,
learn how to create colour harmony in your wardrobe, combine colours together in an outfit and of course, how to create a cohesive colour palette for your entire capsule,
find out how many basics and statements you need and which ones to pick according to your style,
be able to figure out how many tops and bottoms you need for a specific amount of interchangeable outfits, and how to create such outfits,
learn how to create a visual guide for your wardrobe and always know what to wear.
The knowledge you’ll gain will help you simplify your shopping habits, better fight impulse shopping, find your unique style and ultimately become a more conscious fashion enthusiast with an amazing wardrobe.
If this sounds good to you, I think you will like the course.
I find everything you post very useful, although I am a bit hesitant to order your wardrobe class, since a lot of the ethical brands you recommend are based in the USA and do not ship to Europe.
The course I've created teaches a method and does not endorse any brands. So if you'd like to learn how to use your current wardrobe to transition to a capsule one or to even create one that you'd wear completely you should take the course.
Of course, with time, more and more ethical brands are being created and I will keep updating the list I've mentioned. So keep an eye out!
