How to Style Sneakers: 22 Casual Outfit Ideas.

Start with your color palette

This is an important step that will allow you to create a versatile and cohesive wardrobe. Have you found out your best complementary colors or color type?

For my neutral colours I went with white, black and grey. For the main colours I chose this gorgeous shade of blue, icy violet and bright lavender. For the accent colours I added this bright shade of green. I think it will look gorgeous with all the other colours and add contrast and freshness to the looks.

Capsule wardrobe outfit structure

As for the overall structure of this wardrobe, I tried to add at least 5 tops, 2 dresses, and 4 bottoms that will create at least around 22 fully interchangeable outfits.

You can make this capsule wardrobe bigger or smaller depending on your personal needs. Here I am just showing you an example of how a fully versatile wardrobe works. If you use the Wonder Wardrobe method you can easily adapt this capsule wardrobe to your personal style needs.

Sustainable sneakers

When it comes to sustainable sneakers, there are 2 brands that always come to mind - Veja and Womsh. Both of them make vegan sneakers that are made out of either recycled plastic bottles or apple leather. So no harmful PVC that we are used to associating with vegan leather.

Casual fashion style with creative elements

The style of today’s wardrobe is a Casual one with creative elements. The Casual style here is represented by comfy, sporty, mostly oversized shapes and designs. The creative elements are expressed by fun and unexpected colour combinations and patterns.

A basic turtleneck can do wonders

I’ve also included here this basic turtleneck. I think it looks great on its own but also worn under sweatshirts. It adds a bit of contrast and of course, warmth. Besides that, we can also add more basic t-shirts to wear under sweatshirts for layering. I didn’t include them here, as I think it’s quite obvious.

Cool beanies can spice up your casual outfit

I’ve also added 2 beanies. Depending on how much colour you have in your outfits you can either add more with a violet beanie or calm it down with a basic grey one. 

Overall, I think this capsule came out to be versatile, extremely comfortable, and quite personal thanks to its unusual designs and use of colour.
